The Social Circle
Social media, separated by what you share.
The Social Circle is a live website/PWA rebuilt around separate social worlds instead of one mixed feed. Home Feed connects Social Circle, Social Lite, Gamers Circle, Circle Snap, and Circle Vision, so deeper posts, quick updates, photos, gaming, and video each have their own space. This launch also includes rebuilt worlds, redesigned profiles, and public-facing profiles so users can shape different parts of their online identity without everything being forced into one stream
Hey Product Hunt,
I’m Tyler, the solo founder of The Social Circle.
I built this because most social platforms eventually push every part of your online life into one mixed feed. Quick thoughts, deeper posts, gaming, photos, videos, creator updates, and community conversations all compete for the same space. That can make social media feel noisy, unfocused, and harder to organize around who you are or what you create.
The Social Circle is my attempt at a different approach: one connected platform with separate worlds for different types of content.
There is Social Circle for deeper posts and discussion, Social Lite for quick updates, Circle Snap for photos, Gamers Circle for gaming content, and Circle Vision for video. Home Feed keeps everything connected without forcing every post to live in the same stream.
This launch is not just a small update. Since earlier versions, the worlds have been rebuilt, profiles have been redesigned, and public-facing profiles have been added so users can show different parts of their online identity more clearly.
The platform is still early, but it is live. Users can sign up, post, react, comment, use profiles, move between worlds, and help shape where it goes next.
I’m especially interested in feedback on three things:
1. Does the “separate worlds, connected Home Feed” idea make sense quickly?
2. Which world feels the most useful or clear first?
3. What would make you feel comfortable enough to sign up and post once?
Thanks for checking it out. I’m building this carefully, in public, and with real feedback instead of fake growth.

Who hunted The Social Circle?
The Social Circle was hunted by Tyler Wease. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
