Habits...a pain to get into sometimes.
Often they are just small to-dos, but I kept on neglecting or forgetting them...
I tried various things...setting myself an alarm, writing them down on a list etc...
Then it hit me!
Why not create a Notion Page for it where I track my habits and motivate myself with daily progress?
And that's how I came up with:
