The Midnight Library
A cozy, private AI sanctuary for deep book summaries π
Ditch flat corporate dashboards. The Midnight Library is a cozy, immersive digital sanctuary for deep AI book summaries using your own Gemini API key. What makes it stand out: β’ 100% Private: Runs fully client-side. Zero server tracking. β’ Fluid UX: 3D interactive bookshelf mouse-tracking & custom animations. β’ 3 Custom Blueprints: Choose your depth from a 3-min "Espresso Shot" to a deep "Fireside Tea Sip" or actionable "Scholar's Study" habits guide.
I was tired of cold, flat corporate layouts, so I wanted to build something with a real soul. The Midnight Library is a cozy digital sanctuary where you can generate deep, multi-level book summaries using your own Gemini API keys. Because it runs 100% in your browser, your data and keys stay entirely private.
Getting the 3D mouse tracking, fluid screen transitions, and client-side browser security to play nice took some serious troubleshooting, but I wanted the execution to match the creative vision perfectly.
Iβd love for you to grab your API key, step into the vault, and explore it.

What should I build next? Iβm hunting for my next engineering challenge. If you have a daily tech bottleneck or a wild app idea sitting in your head, drop it in the comments. Iβll pick the best one and build it!
Can't wait to hear your thoughts and book recommendations! πβ
