Entries are encrypted before storage, private by default, and can be shared securely only when you choose, with whomever you choose. Designed with therapy in mind, The Letter combines strong privacy with meaningful sharing, bridging the gap between a personal diary and a collaborative reflection tool.
The Letter originated out of a personal need. My psychologist told me to keep a journal between appointments that I could share with her so she could keep track of me, but every app I used felt more like a diary with to-do lists instead of a journal for self-reflection. So I created one.
