Hey everyone 👋 I’m 16, and I built Hideout because I honestly got tired of how social apps feel now. Everything is loud, forced, and kind of exhausting. I just wanted a space where you can talk, hang out, or even disappear for a bit without feeling watched or pushed by algorithms. Hideout started as a small idea late at night, just me experimenting. Over time it turned into something real...rooms you can create, control over your presence, and a simpler way to connect. I’m still learning as I go, so this isn’t perfect. But that’s kind of the point. I’d really love your feedback: what feels good, what feels off, and what you’d want this to become.
