Kairos
Find new local businesses before they hit Google Maps
Kairos helps local SEO providers, web designers, and freelancers discover newly formed businesses using public state filings and digital presence signals. Instead of showing old lead lists, Kairos focuses on timing: new businesses that may still need a Google Business Profile, basic website, logo, booking setup, or local SEO foundation. Find who to contact, why now matters, and what signal makes the opportunity worth reaching out to.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m building Kairos to solve a very specific timing problem:
Local businesses often need essentials early — Google Business Profile setup, local SEO, a simple website, logo, booking tools, and basic online presence.
But most providers find them too late, after they are already on old lead lists or already visible everywhere.
Kairos starts with official public state filing data, then adds digital signals like website status and online presence to estimate whether a business may be worth contacting now.
I’m currently validating the MVP and would love feedback, especially from local SEO providers, web designers, and freelancers.
What should Kairos prioritize next: better contact discovery, better confidence scoring, or better outreach suggestions?

Kairos was hunted by ThomasDev. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
