I built The Fabrica because I got tired of spending the first few weeks of every SaaS rebuilding the same production layer.
Auth. Billing. Credits. Workers. Migrations. Account lifecycle. Deployment config. And then all the failure modes between those pieces.
There are already plenty of SaaS boilerplates, and coding agents can generate starter code very quickly now. So if the value were just “here are some files”, I don’t think this product should exist.
The bet behind The Fabrica is different:
the valuable part is the production decisions, integration work, verification, and context that you can hand to your coding agent instead of rebuilding them every time.
It’s particularly aimed at SaaS products with AI, async work and metered usage.
The repo also includes:
