I built ThaiJobz because job hunting in Thailand has a very specific broken piece: candidates apply, and nothing happens. 60%+ of applications get ghosted on the big Thai job boards. Everyone just accepts this. I couldn't.
The core bet: LINE has 55M active users in Thailand - it's THE default channel here, more than email - yet zero job boards use it natively. So I made "apply in LINE with 2 taps" the entire flow. No forms, no signup, no CV upload.
Right after applying, candidates can take a Thai-language AI voice interview (Retell + our own scoring). ~3 minutes, feels like a phone call with a recruiter. This is what unlocks it for candidates who aren't confident in English - they get to show their actual personality and communication style.
