TestPact

Google Play closed testing without ghost testers

Most closed-testing communities rely on trust, reminders, and hope. TestPact replaces that with accountability. Developers create testing agreements, testers complete daily sessions, and every session is backed by automated proof, reviews, appeals, ratings, and reputation. Whether you're exchanging tests or rewarding testers with credits, TestPact helps you run structured Google Play closed tests with people who actually follow through.

Hey everyone! I'm the maker of TestPact. The idea came from my own experience trying to get an Android app through Google Play's closed testing requirement. On paper it sounds simple: find testers and keep them active for 14 days. In reality, it turned into hours of posting on Reddit, joining WhatsApp groups, collecting email addresses, reminding people every day, and hoping they wouldn't disappear halfway through. The biggest problem wasn't finding testers, it was finding people who would actually stick around. I also noticed the alternatives weren't much better. There were bot farms, fake install services, and "test-for-test" groups with no accountability. If someone stopped showing up, there wasn't much you could do except start over. So I started building TestPact. The original idea was just to make it easier to connect developers with testers. But while building it, I realized the real challenge wasn't discovery, it was accountability. That's when the idea of "Pacts" came about: structured testing agreements where everyone knows what's expected, sessions are tracked, proof is submitted, developers can review it, testers can appeal rejected sessions, and both sides build a reputation over time. Today, TestPact lets developers recruit real testers, manage their entire closed test from one place, and spend less time chasing people across different platforms. This is the very first public release, so I'd genuinely love your feedback. Whether it's something you like, something that's confusing, or a feature you think is missing, I'm reading every comment and taking notes. Thanks for checking it out ❤️
