TensorDrill
Free AI coding challenges with interactive visual solutions
Learn modern AI by implementing it. TensorDrill offers 100 free Python challenges across Transformers, diffusion, Flow Matching, LLM systems, agents and world models. Write, run and submit code in your browser with test feedback. Explore full solutions, selected interactive visual explanations and curated links to blogs, papers and videos. English and Chinese. No signup, GPU or API key required.
Hi Product Hunt! I’m building TensorDrill for students, researchers and engineers who want to understand AI by implementing its components.
AI tools can speed up coding, but it still takes practice to understand why an implementation works. TensorDrill turns that practice into focused Python challenges you can solve directly in your browser.
What you can try today:
• 100 original exercises across seven topic families, from mathematical foundations and CNNs to Transformers, diffusion, Flow Matching, LLM systems, agents and world models.
• Run examples and submit solutions with per-test feedback, including expected and actual outputs when a test fails.
• Read complete solutions for free. Five selected topics currently include interactive visual explanations: softmax, attention, convolution, RoPE and the DDPM forward process.
• Follow curated links to useful blogs, papers and videos for a deeper explanation.
• Switch between English and Chinese, search the library, and keep your practice progress on your device.
There’s no signup, GPU setup or model API key required. The current library has 100 challenges, and I plan to keep adding and improving the material.

I’d love feedback on the learning experience. Which AI component would you like to practice next?
