Tensel
Your friendly European Vercel alternative
Tensel brings Vercel-like deployments to a sovereign European platform. Deploy web apps and static sites while we handle builds, HTTPS, domains, logs, metrics and rollbacks. Your apps and platform data stay in Paris, without relying on US-owned services.
Hi Product Hunt. We built Tensel because European hosting should mean more than selecting an EU region from a US cloud provider.
Tensel is an application platform built on Scaleway. Applications and platform data are hosted in Paris. Tensel itself does not rely on services owned by US corporations that may fall under the CLOUD Act, and we do not track our users.
Connect GitHub, upload a local folder, or deploy with the CLI. Tensel handles builds, HTTPS, domains, logs, metrics, deployments and rollback, giving developers a Vercel, Railway or Render-style workflow on European infrastructure.
We currently focus on stateless HTTP applications and static sites. There are no managed databases, persistent volumes, workers, cron jobs or automatic preview environments (yet). Free applications sleep when idle, while static sites are not billed.
If you try Tensel, we would value your feedback on the first deployment, the CLI and whether our sovereignty guarantees are documented clearly enough.

Who hunted Tensel?
Tensel was hunted by Vincent. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
