Hi Product Hunt. I'm Berkay, and I build Tellura. I grew up on serials: waiting for the next chapter, not the next notification. The internet has been generous to short-form writing and inattentive to long-form fiction. Blog platforms treat a novel like a post. Fan-fiction platforms were designed for fan fiction. Kindle Vella tried serials and closed in February 2025. The writers are still here, and most of them publish on platforms built to maximize scrolling, not finishing. Tellura is a different shape: a library, not a feed. What that means in practice: - No ads and no ad targeting. Revenue comes from coins and reader subscriptions, never from selling attention. - No algorithmic feed. Every novel is read by a human moderator before it enters the catalog. - A reader built for the long sit: four themes, five typefaces, page-by-page or scrolling, bookmarks with private notes, settings that travel with the book. - Author tools that treat a novel like a novel: volumes, chapters, glossaries, a Markdown editor with live preview, scheduled chapters, drafts. Authors keep copyright, always, and can export their work as Markdown at any time. - Coins are optional. Most chapters are free; coins can be earned by reading or bought in small packs to unlock premium chapters, so readers who cannot pay are not excluded. - The catalog is human-authored. We are in closed beta and deliberately small. Writers come in first, in cohorts. Reader access is open today for Product Hunt. What I would love from you: open a novel, read a chapter, and tell me what breaks the spell: typography, page turn, bookmark flow, anything. If you write, tell me what you would need to move a serial here. I will be in the comments all day. tellura.ink
