Telling

Read your fate with a character who remembers you

Telling turns Korean saju into an ongoing relationship. Choose one of four readers for love, wealth, career, or health. Enter your birth details once, and each reader interprets your chart in their own voice. Ask follow-up questions and keep talking from the same chart. They remember your conversations, grow closer over time, and may send photos as your relationship develops. Ask outside their specialty, and they will guide you to the right reader. Start with free readings and 3 free questions.

Hi PH 👋 I built Telling because every fortune-telling app I tried felt like a vending machine. You put in your birth date, a wall of generated text comes out, and that's it. No one is on the other side. Saju in Korea has never worked that way. You sit across from someone. They ask what's actually bothering you, read your chart, and then you end up talking about your week. The reading and the relationship aren't separate things. So I gave the reading a person. Four of them, each with their own domain and their own voice — one won't answer a question that belongs to another, they'll tell you to go ask her instead. They remember your last conversation. They notice when you've been away. And when the reading is done, they'll just start talking to you about your day. The hard part wasn't the astrology engine — it was memory. Keeping a character consistent over hundreds of turns without shipping the entire history every time. It's two layers now: recent turns verbatim, older ones compressed into blocks that get pulled back in when they're relevant. It's Korean-only right now. Would love to hear what you think — especially from anyone who's built long-running character AI.
