AI workforce management for scheduling & time tracking
Teamsly is AI-powered workforce management for hourly, frontline, and field teams. Schedule employees, track time with GPS and geofencing, assign recurring tasks with photo proof, run forms and audits, train staff, coordinate jobs and crews, and keep everyone connected in one app. AI can build schedules, forms, audits, and quizzes from plain-language prompts. Paid plans use flat per-location pricing with unlimited employees, making premium workforce tools accessible to smaller operators.
Hey Product Hunt! Miles here, co-founder of Teamsly 👋
I spent time working on a frontline team, and one thing that always stood out to me was how fragmented the people side of running a business can become. The schedule is in one place, time tracking somewhere else, updates live in group texts, checklists are on paper, and training or forms end up in another system entirely.
What interested me even more was the tradeoff smaller businesses face. A lot of affordable workforce software feels limited, while the really powerful platforms are often designed and priced for much larger organizations.
That’s the gap we’re trying to close with Teamsly.
Teamsly is an AI-powered workforce management platform for hourly, shift-based, frontline and field teams. We’re bringing the day-to-day operation into one place:
• Employee scheduling, availability, PTO and open shifts
• GPS and geofenced time tracking, timesheets and overtime
• Recurring tasks and checklists with photo proof
• Forms, audits, training, jobs and crew coordination
• Team chat and announcements, with English and Spanish support
• AI-assisted schedules, forms, audits and training quizzes
The goal with AI isn’t to add AI just because we can. We want it handling the repetitive setup work managers already spend time doing.
One product decision I’m especially interested in feedback on is our pricing. Our paid plans are flat per location with unlimited employees. We want small and growing operators to have access to serious workforce management capabilities without their software bill climbing every time they add another employee.
We’re already learning a lot from real operators using Teamsly across restaurants, moving and field operations, and other shift-based environments. One of the biggest surprises has been how different each team’s “must-have” feature can be.
I’d genuinely love feedback on two things:
1. Does the idea of “premium workforce management made accessible to smaller operators” resonate?
2. If you’ve managed a frontline team or built software for one, what workflow do you think existing workforce tools still handle poorly?
There’s a free plan and a live demo if you want to explore it. Thanks for checking out Teamsly! I’m looking forward to hearing what you think.
