TeamOutings

One-tap RSVPs, polls and photos for team outings

TeamOutings is for whoever ends up organizing the team dinner, offsite or happy hour. Create the outing with a date, place and cost per person. Your team replies yes, no or maybe in one tap and sees a live headcount, votes in polls to settle the date or place, talks in the outing's own chat, and adds photos to one shared album afterward. Web, iPhone and Android.

Hi Product Hunt! I built TeamOutings after watching the same thing happen at every company I've worked with: whoever organizes the team dinner or offsite ends up chasing replies across email and Slack, running a separate poll for the date, and asking people afterward to send their photos somewhere. TeamOutings puts it in one place. Create an outing with a date, place and cost per person. People reply yes, no or maybe in one tap and everyone sees the headcount. Poll the team on the date or place, keep questions in the outing's chat, and collect everyone's photos in one album afterward. It works on the web, iPhone and Android, and it's free to try. What it doesn't do yet: reminders, calendar invites and a Slack integration. If you organize outings for your team, I'd love to know which of those you'd want first.
