I'm excited to share TeamKro, something I've been building to solve a problem that I believe many growing businesses can relate to.
As a software engineer, I've seen how quickly everyday business operations can become complicated as a team grows. Attendance lives in one place, leave requests arrive in chat, employee information sits in spreadsheets, and payroll becomes another separate process to manage.
Individually, these things seem manageable. But as a business grows, keeping everything organized becomes harder than it should be.
I started building TeamKro with a simple thought:
What if businesses could manage their entire employee lifecycle from one place, without needing a different tool for every little thing?
I wanted to build something practical — not just another HR dashboard, but a platform that helps businesses handle real, everyday workflows, from an employee's first day to attendance, leave, payroll, assets, and everything in between.
We started with the needs of businesses in Nepal, including local payroll requirements, and we're working toward making TeamKro useful for teams in other markets, too.
It's still a journey, and I know there's a lot more to build. That's exactly why I'm sharing it here.
