I built TeamDock because I was tired of running my hockey team out of five different places. We had group chats for updates, separate links for video, shared folders for photos, spreadsheets for fundraising, sponsor info in random files, and player notes living wherever I happened to write them down. It worked, but it always felt scattered. The first version was really just meant for my own team. I wanted one place where coaches could communicate, organize film/video links, add timestamped notes, give feedback, keep the schedule and roster handy, and make things easier for players and families too. Once I started building it, I realized other coaches were probably dealing with the same mess. TeamDock is still early, but the goal is pretty simple: build a practical team hub that helps coaches run the season without overcomplicating things. Film Room is a big part of it, but the bigger idea is giving the whole team one place to go. Would love feedback from coaches, managers, parents, or anyone who has lived the minor sports chaos.
