Hi everyone
I built TDEE Calculator because most calorie calculators either feel too basic, too cluttered, or too unclear about how they arrive at the final number.
TDEE.page is a clean, privacy-conscious calculator that helps users estimate:
• TDEE / maintenance calories
• BMR
• fat-loss calorie targets
• muscle-gain calorie targets
• daily macros
One thing I wanted to do differently was make the calculator more transparent. Instead of only showing a number, it also helps users understand the formula, activity level, and goal adjustment behind the estimate.
The goal is not to pretend that any calculator can give a perfect answer. TDEE is always an estimate, so I wanted to build something that gives users a practical starting point with more clarity and less confusion.
