Lean single-user rotating Anthropic proxy with a live TUI — Rust rewrite of teamclaude - dhkts1/teamclaude-rs

If you run Claude Code on more than one account you know the drill: one account hits its limit, you switch, and the next request is slow and expensive. That's because Anthropic's prompt cache is per account. Switch accounts and the whole cached conversation stays behind on the old one, so the new one rebuilds it from scratch and you pay for all of it again. And you switch a lot. Each account has a 5 hour window, a weekly window, and a weekly window per model family, all resetting on different clocks. On my fleet the weekly resets were spread from 2 hours out to 6 days out. One account was about to lose half its week by morning while another had 92% and five days to spend it. Round robin treats them the same. tcr fixes both. It's a proxy between Claude Code and Anthropic. It buckets accounts by when their weekly window resets and sends today's traffic to today's bucket, so quota gets spent before it expires instead of after. Inside a bucket it still rotates, so nothing parks on one account. And a conversation stays pinned to the account whose cache is warm. My hit rate is 98%. It also prices every request, so at the end of the day you know what it would have cost on the API. (bye bye codexbar) Rust. CLI, TUI, macOS menu bar app, signed and notarized, auto updates.
