No manual entry, no spreadsheets, no recalculating tax from scratch. TaxHei does all the heavy lifting in the background, you just capture the receipt and move on with your day. While building it, we kept hearing from a specific group we hadn't originally planned for: accredited foreign representatives, diplomats, and UN staff based in Canada, who are eligible for sales tax rebates but drown in paperwork requirements for every purchase. That's now one of the use cases we're proudest to support. One thing we cared about a lot: pricing that matches actual usage. Most people just need their receipts safely stored and a simple report once a year. The heavy lift, a full audit-ready export with every receipt image, is only something you pay for on demand, if the CRA or Revenu Québec ever actually asks. That might never happen.
