I’m Yuki, the founder of TASKUL.
I’ve spent years in web production and watched too many talented freelancers and creators burn out — not from the work they love, but from the admin around it. Estimates, invoices, schedules, client follow-ups… it all eats into the time they should be spending on their craft.
That’s why I built TASKUL.
The core idea is simple: paste a client brief, and AI turns it into a complete project plan. Tasks, estimates, schedules, checklists — all structured based on 3,000+ real web production cases. Everything connects: quote → tasks → delivery → invoice.
TASKUL is built specifically for freelancers and creative professionals who work across multiple projects at once. It’s not another generic task manager trying to serve everyone.
