I'm Kevin, the maker of Taskelia.
This started with a problem I kept running into: small teams want one place to run their work, but the tools out there charge per seat. Every person you add is another line on the invoice — so teams end up either overpaying or spreading their work across five free tools that don't talk to each other.
So I built Taskelia around a simple idea: one flat price for your whole team. No seat math. Tasks, Kanban, real-time chat, time tracking, inventory and AI-powered reports — all in one place.
The part I'm most proud of is the AI assistant. It's not just a chatbot bolted on — it can actually create tasks, answer questions about your workload, move boards and generate full executive reports for you, all from a conversation. It respects each person's permissions, so it only sees what they're allowed to see.
It's bilingual (English/Spanish), installable as an app, and built for teams of roughly 3 to 12 who are tired of juggling spreadsheets.
