Maker here 👋 I'm Cédric, and I built Taquino solo — I'm not a developer by trade, I learned as I went. I wanted a daily game to share with my family and friends: something quick and visual, built around photos instead of words. Every day, "The Arena" gives everyone the same 4 photos, scrambled into a 3x3 grid. You swap tiles to rebuild the image — fastest and most efficient solve climbs a worldwide leaderboard, and you can share your score Wordle-style. You can also create private groups to play with your own photos. It's free, no account, runs in the browser (installable PWA), in EN/FR/ES/ZH. Two things I'd love feedback on: 1) Onboarding — new players jump straight into the public daily challenge (no friends needed). Does that first run feel right? 2) Scoring — speed + fewest moves.
