I built Tanvil because career advice has a weird gap in it.
Ask anyone — a friend, a counsellor, ChatGPT — "what should I do with my career?" and you'll get a decent answer: "you'd probably like product management." Great. Now what? That's where every tool I tried stopped, right at the point where I actually needed help.
Tanvil is built for the "now what." You tell it your skills, your goals, and honestly what kind of life you want — remote, high income, low stress, whatever it actually is — and it builds you a real roadmap. Which skills to learn in what order. What to build so you have something to show. How to get experience before anyone will hire you for it. What to do this week.
It's early. I'd genuinely rather hear that a roadmap missed the mark than get a "cool idea" if you run it and the path it gives you feels wrong or generic, tell me in the comments and I'll dig into why.
