Hi Product Hunt! I built Tally because I wanted a simple way to understand where my money was going without giving another app access to my bank account. A lot of personal finance apps start by asking you to connect your bank, while others grow into fairly complex budgeting systems. I wanted Tally to take a simpler approach: you stay in control of how your expenses get into the app. You can log expenses manually, scan a receipt when it’s convenient, or import bank statements if you have Tally Pro. From there, Tally helps you understand and organize your spending without adding unnecessary complexity. Privacy and simplicity have been two of the main principles behind the product from the beginning. I’m building Tally independently, so I’d genuinely love to hear what you think — especially what you find useful, confusing, or missing. Thanks for checking it out!
