TalentMind

Soft-skill and culture-fit scores from interview recordings

TalentMind turns interview recordings into reports you can check. Upload a recording and in about 3 minutes get soft-skill scores that open down to the quotes behind them, with a written reason why each score isn't higher or lower, a culture-fit check against your own company's profile, and questions for the next round. No bot joins your calls and recordings aren't stored. Free to start: paste your company's website and read its culture profile in under a minute.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Nikita, co-founder of TalentMind. In a 30-minute interview, the interviewer gets maybe four minutes to actually think about the answers. The rest goes to asking questions, pitching the role and taking notes. The hiring decision then rests on two or three lines of notes. TalentMind analyzes the whole recording instead. You upload it (no bot joins your call), and about three minutes later you get a report: • Every soft-skill score opens down to the quotes behind it, with a written reason why it isn't higher and why it isn't lower. Nothing goes above 80 without a concrete action, its outcome, and a voice that matches the words. • Each answer is read four ways: what the person did, how they talk about it, how it sounds, and what the role needs. The score lands where they agree. When they disagree, the score is capped and the gap is flagged. • Culture fit is measured against your company, not an average one, using a profile built from your own materials: careers page, job posts, employee reviews, performance review criteria. • A mismatch doesn't reject anyone. It becomes a question for the next round, and the report writes it for you. Recordings aren't stored. We keep the transcript and the report, with last names and company names stripped out. The platform prepares the evidence; people make the call. You can try it without a recording: → Paste any company's website, careers page and LinkedIn, and read its culture code in under a minute, no sign-up: app.talentmind.app/culture-preview → Open a full sample report: talentmind.app/softskill-report/example → Then evaluate 5 of your own candidates free, no card needed. Two things I'd love your honest take on: 1. Which part of the report would you actually bring to a hiring debrief, and what's noise? 2. Run the culture preview on your own company. Does it look like the place you actually work? I'm here all day, together with Vlad, who built the analysis pipeline.
