Takevolet
TAGLINE: Zero-brokerage room handovers for bachelors
Takevolet helps bachelors find rooms directly from tenants who are leaving, without brokers or fake listings. Instead of restarting the room hunt from scratch, users can take over bachelor-friendly flats, PGs, and furnished rooms. The platform also supports furniture transfer during shifting, making moving faster, cheaper, and easier for bachelors in Hyderabad.

FIRST COMMENT: I built Takevolet after repeatedly seeing bachelors struggle with the same problems in Hyderabad — “No bachelors allowed”, broker fees, fake listings, and wasting days searching for rooms. One thing I noticed was that many rooms were already occupied by bachelors, but when tenants left, the next people had to restart the entire search again through brokers or random listings. So I started building a simple platform where bachelors leaving rooms can directly handover them to the next bachelor. I also added furniture transfer options because shifting setups is another frustrating problem people face. Launched the first version recently and already seeing early users explore listings and unlock contacts. Still improving the platform based on feedback and trying to understand what features would genuinely help people most.
