Hi Product Hunt! I’m Tish, the solo founder behind Take It Off My Plate.
I built this because I realized I wasn’t usually turning to AI because I needed more information. Most of the time, I already had too much going on in my head. I needed somewhere to put one problem, slow it down, and figure out what actually mattered.
Take It Off My Plate starts there.
Instead of opening to a blank chat box and expecting you to know the perfect prompt, you choose what’s taking up space — Home, Career, Money, Relationships, Health, or Travel — put one problem on your plate, and work through a few focused questions toward a useful next step.
I’m not a traditional software developer. I come from operations, HR, finance, and project work, and I used AI-assisted development and design tools to take this from an idea in my head to a working product. Building it has been a pretty great example of the exact thing I talk about through Tish Talks AI: AI can be useful for ordinary people solving real problems, not just technical people doing technical things.
This is an early product, and I’m launching it now because I need something more valuable than my own opinion: real people using it.
