I built TacticSlate because football tactics are often stuck between static whiteboards, disorganized screenshots, and overpowered video tools.
TacticSlate is a browser-based tactic board where you can place players and training objects, draw arrows and zones, build frame-by-frame movement, switch into 3D views, and export visuals for sessions, analysis, or content.
A few things I focused on:
- Local-first editing, so you can try it without creating an account
- Player, ball, cone, object, shape, text, and drawing tools
- Frame-based animation with timing and ghost positions
- 2D and 3D views for explaining spacing and movement
- PNG, PDF, and WebM export
I’d especially love feedback from coaches, analysts, creators, and football/soccer fans: what would make this fit your real workflow better?
