TabSash
Group Mac windows across apps into one tab strip
TabSash brings windows from different Mac apps into one floating tab strip. Drag a window into a group, switch with Option–Tab previews, find windows with Quick Search, and snap groups or individual windows into screen regions. Saved groups reconnect as matching windows reopen. Your apps stay native and independent. For macOS 14+ on Apple silicon, with a 7-day trial and a $6.99 one-time license.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Jingchen, the developer of TabSash. I kept losing track of related windows spread across different Mac apps, so I built a small utility that lets them share a floating tab strip while each app stays independent. You can drag a window into an existing group, preview windows with Option–Tab, search by window title, arrange screen regions, and reconnect saved groups when windows reopen. The site has short, real-use videos for each workflow. I'd love feedback on where grouping helps—or where it still gets in the way.
