Tabrio
Run all your freelance or agency work from one place.
The all-in-one workspace for freelancers and agencies: client tracking, project tracking, task management, an invoice generator, and an AI contract scanner.
I’m a freelance product designer, and I used to run a small agency. One thing I was always looking for was a better way to manage clients and leads without having to keep a dozen tabs open.
I wanted a simple place to keep track of leads, follow-ups, tasks, invoices, and contracts. I was even using Figma to create my invoices because I couldn’t find a tool that worked the way I wanted. That’s why I built Tabrio.
Tabrio is an all-in-one workspace for freelancers and small agencies, with automatic status updates, a to-do list, invoice generation, and a place to keep all your contracts.
There’s also an AI feature that can scan a contract and give you a report highlighting potential pain points, things to look out for before signing, and suggestions for changes you might want to ask your client for.
I’m still working on it, and right now it’s very much based on what I personally needed. But that’s also why I’m launching it here. I’d love to hear how other freelancers and agencies manage their work, what’s missing from Tabrio, and which features would actually make a difference for you.
Happy to hear your feedback and keep building Tabrio with you.
