There are many Airtable alternatives, including ClickUp and others. Tools like Stacker and Glide are built on top of these platforms to extend functionality. However, we found very few tools that offer significant advantages over Airtable, aside from higher record limits or more affordable pricing plans. 💰 Think of us as a true and only Airtable alternative, combined with essential missing building blocks. 🧩 A few things that make us stand out from Airtable include: 1. Forms: Our form builder is twice as powerful, with features even better than dedicated form platforms like Typeform. ✨ 2. App builder: Our apps are fully functional and can even be published on the Google Play Store, with support from our trusted partners. 📱 3. Join sheets: You can join sheets like you join tables in databases by simply clicking and selecting the process. This gives you the ability to generate any type of report or analytics. ⚡ 4. Permissions: Our permissions UI is intuitive and lets you create row, field, or even cell-level access controls, which isn't possible with other tools. 🔐 5. Invoice builder: Building invoices or any PDF document is a breeze with our builder. 🧾 6. Parent-child sheets: We have a parent-child sheet concept that not only allows catalog creation but also supports accepting orders and payments (just add your API key from Stripe). 💳 7. Actions: Actions extend all types of data manipulation in TableSprint. Think of actions like bulk updates, form-filling calls, and building complex UIs that wouldn’t be possible otherwise. ⚙️ 8. Excel import with update: You can also update the sheet based on any field in TableSprint. 9. Barcode scanner: An integrated scanner lets you use your mobile phone for barcode scanning, useful for inventory or POS purposes. 📦 10. Mail/WhatsApp/Payment Gateway integrations: Everything is integrated—just plug in the API keys from various partners. Use Gmail to send emails or Mailtrap for testing. Gupshup is available for WhatsApp integration, and you can use Stripe or Easebuzz for payment collections. 📧📲 There are two ways to explore our product: A.
