Hi Product Hunt. I built Tablecharm because the seating chart is the worst job in wedding planning and nobody talks about it.
Everything else has a tool. The seating chart is you, at 11pm, moving sticky notes around a table and quietly refereeing family history. Divorced parents, the cousins who are mid-feud, the family that has to stay together, the friend who only knows two people. You hold all of it in your head at once and it does not fit.
So Tablecharm holds it instead. You paste your list the messy way you already wrote it, add the rules that matter, and press Solve. Every guest flies to a seat that respects your rules and each table's size, on a real floor plan with a dance floor. You still get final say on every seat, you just do not start from zero. Then it prints the poster, place cards, and escort list, and gives guests a find-my-seat link so nobody texts you on the morning of.
