I just made a free version of Tab Finder for Safari, which is an extension to help Safari users to switch between tabs faster with a shortcut similarly to Command+Shift+A shortcut on Google Chrome. Default shortcut is Option+Tab, but you can change it.

The only difference from a paid version is that it's limited to 5 tabs and 5 records from history.
