With firsthand experience building and operating insurance agencies, we built synqAGENT after seeing the same operational gaps show up in our own agencies, with other agents, and in conversations with IMOs. carriers, and insurance teams. Leads were going cold because follow-up happened too late. Inbound calls were being missed. After-hours callers were reaching voicemail. Agents were too busy to keep up with outbound outreach. At the same time, teams still had to manage appointment reminders, missed-payment follow-up, lapsed policy outreach, client retention, recruiting conversations, and the administrative work that keeps the business moving. synqAGENT was built to help insurance teams execute those daily workflows with AI.
