Hi everyone! I’m excited to finally share about SyncTasks.
Karl, the developer of the iOS app, originally built SyncTasks to create a better task management experience for himself and fellow Notion users. When I came across its transparent task list widget, it instantly caught my eye as a fan of minimal aesthetics. That’s when I teamed up with Karl to take SyncTasks further, not just for Notion users, but as a go-to to-do app for anyone who loves clean, distraction-free design.
Since then, we’ve overhauled the app with a new design featuring a tab bar, and added features like Apple Reminders integration. Now you can bring all your lists into one space and check things off without the clutter.
We’d love to hear your thoughts whether you’re an existing user or just checking it out for the first time!

SyncTasks was hunted by Easlo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
