Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built SyncBuds because sharing one pair of earbuds is awkward, and playing audio separately on multiple phones never stays in sync. 🎧 One phone hosts 📱 Friends join from their phones 📶 Audio syncs over WiFi or hotspot 🚫 No backend, accounts, or internet required The hardest part was keeping different phones synchronized despite network jitter and device latency. SyncBuds uses NTP-style clock sync, UDP audio streaming, jitter buffering, and drift correction. It’s still early and open source. I’d love feedback, testers, and contributors! 🚀
