Sykr
Live signal AI agent for business opportunities
Sykr is an AI agent that continuously scans live internet signals (Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, Google Trends and niche communities) to discover real startup opportunities. It turns noisy data into structured, scored ideas with timing, monetization paths and execution plans. Instead of guessing what to build, Sykr shows you what is actually worth building right now.
Hello everyone! 👋😄
My name is Alex, and I built Sykr after spending way too much time seeing the same problem repeat itself across the indie hacking / startup world:
Everyone knows how to build now… but almost no one knows what to build.
In 2026, building a product is not the bottleneck anymore. Distribution and execution are getting easier every day thanks to AI and no-code tools.
But idea discovery? That’s still surprisingly manual, noisy, and based on luck.
So I started building Sykr.
Sykr is an AI agent that continuously scans live internet signals — Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, Google Trends, niche communities, and competitor movements — and turns them into structured, scored business opportunities.
Instead of “idea lists” or generic inspiration, Sykr produces:
real opportunities with timing (“why now”)
demand signals from the market
monetization paths
difficulty and risk scoring
and step-by-step execution plans
Over time, it evolved from a simple experiment into a full system that runs continuously in the background and surfaces a Daily Brief of what is actually worth building right now.
Recently, we also started seeing early validation in the system — with opportunities identified inside Sykr reaching $500K+ estimated potential value across different niches. That was a strong signal that structured opportunity discovery is very real when done right.
This is still very early, and I’m actively improving everything — especially signal quality, scoring, and execution workflows.
Why I built this
I was tired of:
scrolling “10 SaaS ideas” posts
guessing what might work
and seeing great builders stuck in idea paralysis instead of shipping
So I wanted to build something that behaves more like a real-time radar for opportunities, not another idea generator.
What Sykr is today
It’s a combination of:
continuous internet signal scanning
AI-based opportunity scoring
automated market analysis
execution planning (landing pages, outreach, MVP steps)
competitor tracking and alerts
daily “what should I build next” brief
I’d love feedback on:
whether this actually solves a real pain for you
where the signal breaks down (false positives, noise, etc.)
what you would want Sykr to do better
I’ll be around all day to answer questions, explain how it works under the hood, or just chat with anyone interested in this space.
Thank you for checking it out! 🙏🚀

Who hunted Sykr?
Sykr was hunted by Alexandru Stefan Goghie. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
