Hi Product Hunt, I'm Loreen Kim. I run Selectway, a two-person studio in Seoul. We teach AI to non-experts across Korea and provide IT consulting and product planning for startups. Over the past years I've met hundreds of students — from people in their 20s to their 60s — and helped them build their first prototypes with AI. And the feedback itself scatters everywhere — "check the comments on Figma", "I left notes on Slack", "I added it on Notion." Developers solved this years ago with Git and code reviews. The non-developers I teach every week are still stranded. I built swy.note to fix that one moment. swy.note is a free Chrome extension that lets you comment directly on top of any .html file. A few things make it different: Comments live inside the file. The comment data and a read-only viewer are embedded in the HTML itself. One file is the document, the comments, and the viewer. Recipients install nothing. They double-click the file and see every comment and reply. No sign-ups, no logins. Annotations attach to elements, not coordinates. Drag text or click a button, card, or image — comments point to the right spot on any screen size. No server, zero data collected. Not a single byte leaves your device. Local-first and offline-friendly, so your files stay yours — even 10 years from now. My favorite part is the AI feedback loop. AI generates an .html file. Your team comments right on it. You feed the file back to the AI — and it reads the content and every comment in context, then ships the next version.
