I started Swift Signage after seeing how restaurants were still using printed menus and static posters while paying good money for marketing that brought customers in once and never again. The original idea was simple — let any restaurant put a digital menu or slideshow on their TV without buying expensive hardware or hiring someone to manage it. It runs on Android TV, Tizen (Samsung), or any browser — whatever screen you already have. But as we built it, the real gap became obvious. Getting customers through the door is one problem. Getting them back is a completely different one — and most restaurant owners had zero visibility into it. That's why we added the retention layer — push notifications, loyalty stamps, customer segmentation, and a subscriber dashboard. The screen became the hook, and the retention engine became the reason to stay on the platform. Still early days, but the vision is one platform that handles everything from what's on your screen to who's coming back next week.
