I built Surge HIIT because I got tired of fighting timers mid-workout. You're in the middle of a set, the interval ends, your eyes dart to the phone. You miss the audio cue. You tap the screen to skip to the next interval. It breaks the flow.

Upfront caveat: This is a timer and a coach, not a trainer. You still have to do the work. Surge just makes sure you're not fighting the technology while you're doing it.
