SupportKeep
One permanent support page for every digital product
SupportKeep gives every digital product one permanent support home for current versions, compatibility, known issues and buyer Q&A. Answers are grounded only in seller-approved knowledge — if it isn’t documented, SupportKeep says so instead of guessing. Sellers approve an answer once and reuse it for future buyers. Free forever for 1 live support page.
If you sell digital products, you’ve probably answered the same support question more than once.
That was the problem that led me to build SupportKeep.
The idea is simple: give each digital product one permanent support page where buyers can find the current version, compatibility, setup steps, known issues and answers to product questions.
One thing I especially wanted to get right was trust. SupportKeep only answers from knowledge the seller has approved. If something isn’t documented, it says so instead of guessing.
It’s still early, and I’m very interested in learning where this is useful — and where it isn’t.
If you sell templates, plugins, spreadsheets, courses, downloads or other digital products, I’d really appreciate your feedback.

Who hunted SupportKeep?
SupportKeep was hunted by smart. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
