💊 Hi everyone!
Supplement Engine started as a personal attempt to organise something that always felt chaotic: information about supplements.
If you’ve ever researched supplements online, you’ll know how scattered the information can be. Advice comes from product pages, forum discussions, scientific papers, podcasts, and countless blog posts.
It can be hard to see the bigger picture.
I started collecting notes about supplements and how they’re often used together in stacks for different goals like sleep, energy, cognitive performance, and recovery.
Eventually those notes turned into Supplement Engine.
The idea is to create a structured way to explore supplements and stacks so people can understand how different compounds are typically used and discussed in health and performance communities.
It’s not about promoting specific products. Instead it focuses on organising information so it’s easier to explore and understand.
There’s still a lot more to build and expand here, but I’m excited to share the first version.
