I'm Alex. I've been writing software for about 21 years, and Supora started as a selfish project. It's the support tool I kept wishing existed when I was running my own thing.
Every helpdesk I tried felt the same. Big, heavy, kind of cold, clearly built for a 40-person support team. All I actually wanted was for my support email to stop being a mess in a regular inbox and turn into something my team could work through without stepping on each other.
So that's what this is. You point your support email at it, and the messages come in as proper threaded conversations you can sort, claim, and reply to from one place. If you add live chat to your site, those land in the same inbox too, because I really didn't want to build yet another tab to check.
It's just me on this right now, and I think that's actually a plus for you early on: if something's broken or annoying, you're telling the person who can fix it, and usually I just will.
