I built SudoSketch because playing Sudoku online often felt less natural than solving it on paper. The original idea was simple: let people write numbers directly into a digital Sudoku grid using an Apple Pencil, stylus or finger. From there, SudoSketch developed into a broader place to play, practise and improve. It now includes six difficulty levels, daily challenges, printable puzzles, interactive technique lessons and Sudoku Coach. Instead of immediately revealing the answer, Coach identifies the next logical move and explains why it works. SudoSketch is free, works directly in the browser and does not require an account or download. I would especially value feedback on the handwriting experience, the Coach explanations and how easily new players can move from learning a technique to using it in a real puzzle.
