I built it after noticing how much a single photo gives away: the exact GPS spot where it was taken, the phone model, the edit history, and now AI labels (C2PA and IPTC) that can make platforms tag a lightly edited real photo as "AI info".
Many online metadata removers upload your file to their server, and many skip the AI fields. StripAIMetadata reads and cleans everything right in your browser, so the photo never leaves your device, and it works on whole batches at once.
