Strikt
Your iPhone counts reps
Most workouts disappear when they end. Strikt gives them a witness. Set your iPhone down and train. The camera counts reps, gives live form feedback when supported, and saves a result you can beat or race with a friend. Pose tracking stays on your device.

Hey Product Hunt, Most workouts disappear the moment they end. I built Strikt because I hated that feeling. You show up, do the work, and when you leave the gym there is no witness. The rep count is a guess. Your form is a memory. Yesterday's best is a story you tell yourself. So I put the iPhone on the floor and made it watch. Strikt counts reps with the camera, gives live form feedback when it has enough evidence, and saves a score you can beat. Then I added the part that made me want to come back: live races with friends. Same movement. Same clock. The result is on the record. Pose tracking runs on the phone. You do not need a watch or another sensor. You just need a place to set your iPhone down and the willingness to show up. This is version 1. It is built for serious HYROX and functional fitness athletes, but the idea is simpler than any category. Effort should leave proof. I would love to know one thing: what would make you trust a camera coach enough to use it in your next workout?
