Hey Product Hunt! I’m Lori, the solo maker of Stencil My Tattoo.
A tattoo idea can be easy to picture and surprisingly hard to explain. I’m building a way to turn that starting point into visual references you can compare and discuss with an artist.
Start with a description or an optional reference image. Generate a first design, choose Edit, and change one thing. Each generation adds a separate image, so you can compare it with earlier versions. The separate stencil and placement tools can help you prepare for your artist consultation.
The rose images here come from a real test: we generated a black-ink rose, then added soft red to the petals while keeping the original. One useful limitation: the first prompt asked for three leaves, but the result had four. These are concepts and drafts—an artist should review the details, scale, and placement before tattooing.
A practical first experiment: use a sample prompt, generate V01, then edit it to create V02. Check what changed and what you would keep. Each generation currently costs 4 credits. Trial credits are available, followed by one-time credit packs. There’s no subscription.
