Hey everyone, I'm Thales, one of the people building StemDeck. The reason this exists is pretty simple: every stem separator I tried wanted me to create an account, upload my audio to someone's server, and either pay or run out of credits. That's fine for a lot of workflows, but if you're working on unreleased music or anything you'd rather keep private, it's a real problem. StemDeck runs entirely on your machine. Your audio never leaves your computer. No account, no upload, no subscription, and no usage limits. Six-stem separation via Demucs, a DAW-style mixer with mute, solo, and per-stem download, BPM and key detection on every track. Windows and macOS, with Apple Silicon acceleration on M-series Macs. It's still alpha, so expect rough edges. That said, it's been shipping fast: nine releases in the first ten days. Every bug report goes directly into the development cycle. Happy to answer questions about how it works, where it's going, or what we got wrong. Drop them here or join the Discord( https://discord.gg/2MVsWqaP ) if you want faster back and forth.
