StatementSheet

Convert bank statements to Excel — without uploading them

StatementSheet converts PDF bank and card statements to Excel/CSV entirely in your browser - files never touch a server (it works in airplane mode). Every statement is re-verified against its own running balance to the penny, or it's flagged and free. $19 per batch, no subscription, no account. Open source.

Hi Product Hunt — I made StatementSheet after watching how this category actually works: if you need a PDF bank statement as a spreadsheet, every tool wants you to (a) upload financial statements to their cloud and (b) start a subscription, even if you need it four times a year. StatementSheet does neither, and you don't have to take my word for it: It can't see your data. All parsing runs in your browser. Load the page, turn off your Wi-Fi, and it still converts - try it. The browser's own security policy blocks the page from sending data anywhere, and the source code is public and unminified, so "we never see your files" is automatic, not just a promise. It refuses to be wrong. Every statement is re-computed against its own opening and closing balances. If it doesn't reconcile to the penny, it's flagged "needs review" and doesn't count toward your batch. No hallucinated rows in books you have to sign. Pricing matches occasional use. Preview free, $19 for a batch of up to 12 statements when you want the downloads. No account, no card on file, no subscription. Limits: digital PDFs only for now (no scans/photos), and output is Excel/CSV (no QBO yet). Both are on the roadmap. I'd love the hard questions — and if your bank's statement fails to verify, tell me which bank: I can add formats fast.
